Riley Green is set to join a long list of country stars who have opened their own bars, the Nashville Business Journal reports.
This week (7 August), the Different ‘Round Here singer reportedly filed a building sign permit to open Riley Green’s Duck Blind on 1913 Division Street in Midtown, Nashville – the location of Winners Bar & Grill.
For the permit, Green revealed that he’s in partnership with the Nashville-based company Sign Me Up for their signature neon signs.
As the Nashville Business Journal notes, the owners of Winners Bar & Grill shared that the venue would get a “facelift” earlier this year. The space is due to reopen later in the year.
Representatives for Riley Green declined to comment, per the Nashville Business Journal. However, he’s no stranger to the area, having performed at the bar next door, Losers, just last week.
If Green does indeed open a bar/is involved in the facelift of Winners Bar & Grill, he’ll join Old Dominion in Midtown. Many of their peers, including Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan, Lainey Wilson, and, most recently, Morgan Wallen, have opened bars on Broadway.

He’ll be joined by stacks of international and local talent, including Cooper Alan, Tanner Adell, Austin Snell, Josh Ross, MacKenzie Porter, Casey Barnes, Bella Mackenzie, and DJ Konsky.
In addition to headlining Ridin’ Hearts, Green will play two massive shows at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall. Special guests Josh Ross and Lane Pittman will open the shows. He’ll be touring in support of his latest album, Ain’t My Last Rodeo, released last year.
Fandom for Riley Green has grown in recent years, with the singer having opened for Luke Combs (who’s set to open a Nashville bar) on his recent US tour and will soon support Morgan Wallen at his upcoming Hyde Park London show.
As well as the impressive tour slots, Green has locked in collabs with Combs (Different ‘Round Here), Jelly Roll (Copenhagen In A Cadillac), and Thomas Rhett (Half Of Me), while his heartbreaker of a song, I Wish Grandpas Never Died, has gone double platinum.
