Wade Forster has a new song on the way, and it’s a highly anticipated collaboration with American country rockers Treaty Oak Revival.
The song, Can of Worms, will be released on Wednesday, 9 September, at 5 pm CT, and you can pre-save it here.
The collaboration with Wade Forster, one of Australia’s brightest country music talents, arrives after Treaty Oak Revival’s recent team-ups with Gavin Adcock, Austin Meade, Dexter and the Moonrocks, Sterling Elza, William Clark Green, Muscadine Bloodline, and more.
Treaty Oak Revival’s most recent album, West Texas Degenerate, was released in November 2025. Their upcoming collaboration with Wade Forster drops following the announcement that they’ll open for Luke Combs on upcoming tour dates.
Meanwhile, Wade Forster released his latest album, The Aftermath, last month. The record features the single Anytime, Anywhere, Antoinette, which debuted at #17 on the Australian Artist ARIA Singles Chart and peaked five weeks later in July 2026 at #12, making Forster the first Australian country artist to debut on the chart since March 2021.
As part of his The Aftermath tour, Forster will perform in theatres in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. The show at Melbourne’s Forum sold out in six weeks, and the gig at Sydney’s Metro Theatre sold out during the ticket pre-sale window.
With special guests The Wet Whistles and Piper Butcher joining him on tour, Forster said of the in-demand run, “Australia is my home, it’s a part of who I am. To be able to do a tour like this is something very special, not just for me and my crew but for the fans and everyone who have support me along the way.”
This month, Forster hits another milestone: he’ll make his Grand Ole Opry debut on Wednesday, 30 September.
The Australian cowboy said of the news, “It’s every kid’s dream to make it to a historic venue like this, no matter what you do. I still can’t believe I get to tell everyone back home in my little outback town in Australia that I’m playing the @opry.”
