After his Meatstock Festival touring mates Oliver Anthony and Redferrin announced Australian tour dates, Chase Rice has joined in the fun, announcing a string of headline dates for early 2025.
Rice will perform at Meatstock Bendigo in Victoria and Meatstock Toowoomba in Queensland. In addition to those shows, he’ll headline shows at the King Street Bandroom, Newcastle, on Sunday, 9 March, Sydney’s Factory Theatre on Tuesday, 11 March, and Melbourne’s Prince Bandroom on Friday, 14 March.
While it’s a short tour in intimate venues, the shows will give fans the opportunity to get up close and personal with Rice, a Diamond-certified songwriter.
My Live Nation members can access pre-sale tickets from Thursday, 14 November, at 11 am local time, with the pre-sale concluding 24 hours later. The general sale begins on Friday, 15 November, at 12 pm local time. You can find more ticketing information on the Live Nation website.
In September, Chase Rice independently released his new album, Go Down Singin’, the follow-up to his February 2023 album, I Hate Cowboys & All Dogs Go To Hell.
Rice said about his previous album in an interview with Countrytown, “It’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened in my career; I don’t know how to feel about it. It’s the least mainstream album I’ve ever put out, it’s the least mainstream success that I’ve had… but ticket sales are the best they’ve ever been!”
