Savannah In The Round Sees 25% Growth In Ticket Sales

With one week to go until this year’s Savannah In The Round music festival, organisers have shared some very good news: in an impressive increase, ticket sales for the upcoming event have grown by 25% on last year.

Savannah In The Round will take place at the Mareeba Rodeo Arena from Friday, 11 October, to Sunday, 13 October, bringing an impressive bill of international and Australian country, pop and rock music heroes.

The 2024 event has locked in Kip Moore and Tyler Hubbard from the US, while Aussie artists including Lee Kernaghan, James Johnston, Troy Cassar-Daley, Sheppard, The Living End, Hoodoo Gurus, Jon Stevens, and more will take to The Cape stage.

You can catch even more acts at the big Top Music Hall, Bull Bar, and The Rolling Backyard Stage. Night owls will also be represented with late-night live music blasting at the Big Top Music Hall and Bull Bar. Check out the line-up of acts performing on The Cape stage below.

This year, 24,000 punters will attend the event, including 9,000 unique visitors to the region – a 25% increase on last year’s festival. In addition to selling more tickets, camping for the event has also sold out.

Festival Director James Dein said of the great news, “Savannah In The Round is cultivating and developing our own tribe. Many of our patrons are first-time festival goers, so we’re doing our bit in growing the pie when it comes to attendees and supporters of the industry.”
