"Big 'Top Gun' vibes"...

Now we know what’s been hiding under Morgan Wallen’s numerous hats in recent months – his new hairstyle. The Last Night singer isn’t bald anymore, and unfortunately for fans of his longer locks, the mullet hasn’t grown back.
Revealing his new look on Saturday (21 October), Wallen captioned a new photo with a simple statement: “Good morning”. The singer now has a fresh haircut – not quite bald or a buzz cut, but close. The moustache is still there, though.
The Instagram comments are filled with jokes, with country music peers and fans telling Wallen he looks like a cross between a police officer and an insurance broker.
“Big top gun vibes,” Bailey Zimmerman commented, while runner Craig Engels added, “Hope the audition for Reno 911 went well brother!” Musician DJ Ty Street wrote, “I feel like you’re about to ask for my license and registration”.
Former Mariners and Red Sox player and all-around cowboy Darin Gillies continued the sledging, writing one of the best comments on Wallen’s post: “Gonna tell my kids this is who pulled over Zach Bryan”.

Wallen shaved off his signature mullet in August 2023 – fans at a show in Columbus, Ohio, were left stunned tonight as the hitmaker took to the stage with his trademark mullet shaved off beneath a red baseball cap.
Captured by fans on TikTok, Wallen said: “Before we get any further… I didn’t like my long hair anymore, so I shaved it off.”
With or without hair, Wallen is the biggest star in country music right now, with Last Night announced as the biggest country radio hit in Australia so far this year and his recent Australian tour breaking records.
Countrytown’s live review from Wallen’s concert at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena proclaimed, “When Wallen came on stage, the noise of excitement filled the stadium. He then delighted audiences with a 25-song set including You Proof, One Thing At A Time, Sand In My Boots, This Bar, More Than My Hometown and more. He also performed a cover of Jason Isbell’s Cover Me Up as well as a medley of Dangerous, 7 Summers, Silverado for Sale and Still Goin’ Down.”
