Kane Brown has enjoyed another successful year, from hits with Carin Leon & Marshmello, a feature track on the Twisters movie, several nominations at the upcoming People’s Choice Country Awards (including the Country Champion Award), and welcoming the arrival of his third child Krewe Brown

The singer shows no signs of slowing anytime soon, announcing his fourth album, The High Road, for release in 2025.

The Thank God singer announced the news of his upcoming project to social media this morning. He aims to make the three-month wait that bit easier with the new track Backseat Driver slated for release on Friday (11th October).

A day prior, Brown dropped a short snippet of himself riding a motorbike through dusky desert terrain with the caption ‘THE HIGH ROAD’.

The High Road, set to be released on 24 January, will feature 18 tracks, including the already-released singles Fiddle In The BandI Can Feel It, and the Marshmello collaboration Miles On It. Brown began teasing the upcoming track Backseat Driver on social media in late September, which he expresses is an ode to fatherhood and raising his three children.

"My whole world wasn't over that dash / It was back there buckled in / Saying 'Daddy look there's a plane in the sky' / 'Are we there yet?' / 'Did you just see that dog run by?' / 'Do squirrels have houses in the trees?' / 'Why would God put a stinger on a honeybee?' / It's crazy all the things she sees on the side of the road / Out of that window beside her / I wish I could be more like her / My little danglin' feet, pretty in pink backseat driver."

Brown’s name is already making waves on festival line-ups for 2025, including headlining spots at Buckeye Country Superfest and Windy City Smokeout, where he is expected to perform tracks from his new project.

The singer will also make his way to Australia and New Zealand in a month, with support from Kameron Marlowe and Kaylee Bell. Tickets can be secured for his AU/NZ shows here
