Irish country songwriter Gareth is heading to Australia early in 2026 for the first time and he’s promising something special for Australian fans. His fusion of Northern Irish roots and country storytelling, make Gareth one of the most talked about risers in country music. His debut tour down under includes four intimate shows ahead of the release of his highly anticipated debut self-titled album.
Gareth has built a loyal global following thanks to his incredible covers and original songs. Stick Season, originally by Noah Kahan, racked up streaming numbers exceeding 11 million, which opened doors for his Covers (From Across the Pond) EP and original projects like Changing Seasons. It opened the industry’s eyes to Garth and helped land him a publishing deal with BMG.
These Australian shows will give fans a chance to experience his music in an up close setting before his debut self‑titled album drops and Gareth really blows up to become the next superstar of country music. The tour kicks off in Perth at Amplifier Bar on Tuesday, 24 March, hits Melbourne at The Night Cat on Thursday, 26 March, Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Friday, 27 March, and wraps up on Saturday, 28 March at The Brightside in Brisbane.
There’s a super limited capacity for each of these shows, and demand for tickets will be high. Tickets go on sale to the general public starting Friday, 17 October at 9 am, but don’t worry, there are multiple presale options to get ahead of the crowd: an Artist Presale (15–16 October), Mastercard Presale (15–16 October), and a Live Nation Presale starting 16 October.
