The 2024 edition of the Port Fairy Folk Festival has grown once again, with a new batch of artists joining an already impressive line-up headlined by Graham Nash.
Today, Icelandic singer-songwriter Svavar Knútur has been added to the event alongside local folk outfit The Maes, RocKwiz favourite Brian Nankervis, growing country music duo The Pleasures, and more.
The fun doesn’t stop there: accompanying the above artists on today’s announcement are Isabel Rumble, Oceanique, Opelousas, the Queen of Hearts mariachi band and local stars Billy Barker, GK of Find Your Voice Choir and Doctor & The Apologies.
Joining Nankervis as a festival favourite are 19-Twenty, Charles Jenkins and Hussy Hicks, as well as extra local artists Gamelan DanAnda, Jarabi Band, and Lian Husi Timor.
The 2024 edition of the Port Fairy Folk Festival will occur from next year’s Labour Day weekend, from Friday, 8 March, until Monday, 11 March. Tickets are on sale now, and they’re selling fast. Get yours from the Port Fairy Folk Festival website.
