Wild by Missy Lancaster - Song Of The Day

Missy Lancaster's latest single is Wild; a reflective journey through her arrival into adulthood. Its the first showing of whats to come from Missy in her new musical chapter and because of that it's our Song Of The Day!

"I wanted to write a song that made me feel nostalgic and gave me the warm and fuzzies, and also made me feel the way I used to feel when I was sixteen and listening to my favourite song. The song really wrote itself… I feel it perfectly reflects looking back on the short but sweet time you spent with someone, and the butterflies when you can feel yourself falling for them." Said Missy about the Wild.

Written with her new songwriting soul-mate Isabella Kerney-Nurse, who as well as writing hits for the like of The Veronicas and Jessica Mauboy, has become one of Missy's best and most trusted friends.

“I am in awe of how music can bring people together and help you uncover emotions you didn’t ever imagine you had." Said Missy.

Missy is currently working on a new batch of songs taht we should see release in the first half of 2020.
