Fans were sent into a spiral on Sunday (June 23) when Morgan Wallen deactivated his Instagram account with no explanation.
The Last Night singer was not the most active on Instagram, but would post various concert videos and teasers of unreleased music. All of those posts are gone for now, as a search for @morganwallen on Instagram will simply provide an error message.
Speculation has gone wild since then, with many fans hypothesising that this means a new album is on the way, while others think he has just grown tired of monitoring the account for trolls.

Coincidentally (or perhaps not), Wallen’s Cowgirls collaborator ERNEST notably also deactivated his Instagram account, with many speculating that he did this in solidarity with Wallen.
Both ERNEST and Wallen’s accounts are still active on X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook.
This deactivation comes after Wallen officially announced that he will be dropping his already much-performed single Lies, Lies, Lies on July 4, coinciding with his upcoming appearance at the UK’s BST Hyde Park festival.
Earlier this year, Wallen celebrated the first anniversary of One Thing At A Time by surprise releasing his Abbey Road Sessions live videos, playing five songs from the album – Thinkin’ Bout Me, Sunrise, Everything I Love, I Wrote The Book, and I Deserve A Drink – as well as the previously unreleased Lies, Lies, Lies and a cover of Nothing But Thieves’ Graveyard Whistling.
Wallen recently opened his new bar, This Bar & Nashville Kitchen, in Nashville, and last month, went to #1 with his collaboration with Post Malone, I Had Some Help.
