Country singer Miranda Lambert aims to put a smile on your dial this morning, encouraging fans to text in for a sneak preview of a track from the upcoming album Postcards From Texas.
The Tin Man singer, known for her husky, twangy style and brutally honest lyricism, posted about the new track on Facebook this morning (August 5th). A 23-second snippet is available when texting through the mobile number 430-300-0144.
Unfortunately for Aussie fans, the number seems to work best for fans in the Northern Hemisphere. However, for those itching to be let in on the secret song, the snippet represents track 10, No Man’s Land.
Sent out a Sunday song surprise 👀💌 Text 430-300-0144 if you wanna hear it too.

Lambert’s new album, Postcards From Texas, will be released on September 13th, 2024, and a countdown is currently taking place on Spotify.
Singles Dammit Randy, Wranglers, and Alimony are already available to stream, with a full tracklist available to speculate alongside.
This isn’t the first time Lambert has given fans a cryptic taste of her latest work. In April, the singer posted to X and Instagram, “Warning: Hell Hath No Fury Like a Woman Scorned,” urging fans to text the same number for details.
This was an easter egg for Lambert’s first single from the upcoming album, Wranglers. Lambert describes the song as “getting revenge in the best way… Burnin’ it down.”
Another popular single from the new album is Dammit Randy, which was co-written with Lambert’s husband, Brendan McLoughlin.
The song is a lament about leaving her label of two decades, Sony and opting to release her upcoming album with Republic and Loud Records.
With a string of break-up hits about lovers, this one takes on the form of a career break-up.
"We were talking about how excited we were to be starting this journey with a new label family...and how supported we felt by them," Lambert says.
"Which turned into chatting about situations where you might not feel so supported by someone — in this case, an unappreciative Randy. So, this one's for anyone with a Randy they need to move on from."
Postcards From Texas can be pre-saved on Spotify and Apple Music and will launch across streaming platforms on September 13th.
