It’ll be Bryan’s third year in a row hosting the ceremony.
Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning have been announced as co-hosts for this year’s Country Music Association Awards (CMA Awards), following their success in the role at the 2022 ceremony.
The 57th annual edition of the CMA Awards will be hosted on Wednesday November 8, with the biggest names in country all convening at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. Nominees are yet to be announced; last year they arrived in September, while Bryan’s hosting duties were revealed in August. Going by this trend, we may know who’s up for the impending awards as early as next month.
2023 will mark Bryan’s third consecutive year as host of the CMA Awards, having tackled the job on his own in 2021. With Manning at his side, he wowed the audience at last year’s event, where winners included Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Elle King, Marcus King, Cole Swindell, Morgan Wallen, and Zac Brown Band.
Last month saw Bryan react to an AI-generated song designed to emulate his signature style. Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, he said of the effort: “The problem with me is I’m scared it may actually be better than the stuff I’m written.”
