When a song racks up over a billion streams, the next logical move probably isn’t a tiny room with just a few hundred people. But that’s exactly what Dasha is about to do.

The breakout pop country star will make her debut at Nova’s Red Room on Thursday, 26 March, taking over the stage at Prince Bandroom for a one night only performance in front of just 700 invited fans. Very exclusive

For artists on the rise, Nova’s Red Room has become something of a rite of passage: stripped back, intimate, and designed to showcase songs without the bells and whistles.

“Nova’s Red Room in Melbourne is iconic. I love seeing artists and songs stripped back and played in a new and more vulnerable setting. I can’t wait to be a part of it.” says Dasha

The California artist has had one of the most explosive breakouts in recent country memory. Her smash single Austin (Boots Stop Workin’) has now surpassed one billion streams on Spotify, earning her a spot in the platform’s Billions Club and making her just the second solo female country artist to hit the milestone. Not bad for a song that started life as a viral hit.

Two years after its release, the track is still dominating playlists and airwaves, cementing itself as a modern country anthem and one of the most-streamed country songs of 2024.

The Melbourne show lands during her current Australian run, where she’s performing as a special guest on Old Dominion’s How Good Is That World Tour. But Nova’s Red Room promises something entirely different: where the songs hit harder and the crowd sings louder.

In other words, if you’re one of the lucky 700 inside the Prince Bandroom that night, expect a performance that feels less like a concert and more like an intimate hang out with one of the hottest country acts right now.

If you want to snag a spot you can register via the Nova Player app.
