Cody Johnson Announces 2025 Australian Tour

American country singer-songwriter Cody Johnson is already heading to Australia to headline CMC Rocks Queensland next year (along with Thomas Rhett and Jon Pardi), but today, it’s been announced that he’ll also come to Australia for a massive headline tour.

CMC Rocks Queensland takes place from Friday, 21 March, to Sunday, 23 March, and Johnson’s newly announced Leather Deluxe tour dates are plotted around the festival. No stranger to Australian audiences, Johnson travelled down under last year to open for Luke Combs.

Johnson’s tour begins at Perth’s RAC Arena on Thursday, 20 March, before he heads to Ipswich for CMC Rocks, then Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Tuesday, 25 March, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on Thursday, 27 March, and wrapping up the tour in New Zealand, performing at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Saturday, 29 March.

For his Australia/New Zealand tour dates, Johnson will be joined by some impressive support acts, including Cole Swindell (USA), Ashley Cooke (USA), and Australia’s own Wade Forster, who won this year’s Toyota Star Maker competition.

The Leather Deluxe Tour, brought to Australia and New Zealand through Frontier Touring, will see Frontier Members have first access to tickets.

The Frontier Members pre-sale begins at 3 pm NZDT and 3 pm AEDT (all Australian shows) on Tuesday, 22 October, before the general sale becomes available at 4 pm NZDT and 4 pm AEDT (all Australian shows) on Wednesday, 23 October. You can find more information on the Frontier Touring website.
