Morgan Wallen ProfileAfter taking a year off, Morgan Wallen is reviving his Sand in My Boots Festival for 2027, announcing a star-studded line-up of country, hip-hop, and rock stars, and much more.
Wallen himself headlines the festival alongside rockers Kings of Leon and one of country music’s biggest names, Ella Langley.
Elsewhere, the festival experiments with genre. Party starters like Kygo and Empire of the Sun, hip-hop and R&B acts like Nelly and Flo Rida, and country singers including Gavin Adcock, Koe Wetzel, and Cole Swindell all share space on the line-up.
Other acts on the bill include Third Eye Blind, Hudson Westbrook, Gucci Mane, Vincent Mason, Rick Ross, Avery Anna, Kameron Marlowe, Zach John King, Waylon Wyatt, Kashus Culpepper, Carter Faith, and more. Check out the full line-up below.
Across three days, Sand in My Boots festival returns to Gulf Shores, Alabama, from Friday, 21 to Sunday, 23 May 2027.
Tickets for the festival will be available from Friday, 6 November, at 10 am ET. Pass types, including general admission, Party Pit, VIP, Super VIP, and Living the Dream, will be advertised, along with add-on packages for hotels, shuttle passes, and lockers.
Visit the Sand in My Boots website for more ticketing information.
Discussing the forthcoming event, Wallen said, “One thing I’m looking forward to the most about bringing Sand In My Boots Festival back is being able to have new concepts on stage and trying to elevate the experience overall for the fans, myself and other artists on the bill. I think it’s going to be really top-notch and we’re going to try to do it even better this time.”
In July, Wallen released a new song, Been By Now – a track he teased on social media the month before.
Been By Now is his first piece of new music since last year’s 37-track, 117-minute mammoth album, I’m the Problem.
I’m the Problem is Wallen’s fourth album, released last May. It features special guest collaborators Post Malone, HARDY, Tate McRae, ERNEST, and Eric Church and was recorded and written at Wallen’s farm outside Nashville, Tennessee.
With its epic track listing, I’m the Problem is Wallen’s longest album and contains the most songs. The record spawned nine singles, including the hits Love Somebody, Superman, Lies Lies Lies, What I Want, and the title track.
