Country sensation Morgan Wallen has unveiled a teaser of unreleased music on social media, and fans can’t get enough.

Seemingly titled Been by Now, the Last Night hitmaker shared a snippet of the song in a video he captioned “I wear a lot of hats.”

As with many of his best, most relatable songs, Wallen has written about a relationship a couple is trying to keep alive, even though they both know it’s better to move on. It’s a reflective take on a break-up, something he already excels at.

You can check out the teaser below.

The teaser marks Wallen’s first preview of a follow-up to last year’s 37-track, 117-minute mammoth album, I’m the Problem. He hasn’t yet announced a release date or revealed any other details about the track, so stay tuned for more information as it arrives.

I’m the Problem is Wallen’s fourth album, released last May. It features special guest collaborators Post Malone, HARDY, Tate McRae, ERNEST, and Eric Church and was recorded and written at Wallen’s farm outside Nashville, Tennessee.

With its epic track listing, I’m the Problem is Wallen’s longest album and contains the most songs. The record spawned nine singles, including the hits Love Somebody, Superman, Lies Lies Lies, What I Want, and the title track.

The album has been certified Platinum in Australia and quadruple Platinum in the US.

Earlier this year, Wallen launched the paid fan club, Club Wallen: The Reserve, which is priced at $500 USD for a single year.

What’s included? Countrytown did the round-up and discovered that membership is all about exclusive merch and access.

Fans who sign up will receive a welcome gift, followed by quarterly merch bundles throughout the year. There are four drops across the year featuring premium, members-only items that won’t be sold anywhere else—think collectible pieces, apparel, and curated packages designed specifically for his core fanbase.

Members will also score first access to limited edition merchandise drops, but these are not included in the $500 price, so you’ll still need to fork out extra if you want in on those releases.

The membership is US only (sorry, Australian fans), it doesn’t auto-renew (probably a positive), and is strictly final sale - so once you’re in, you’re in. Even sizing is locked at purchase, meaning whatever size you choose is what you’ll receive in every merch box.

With the launch of Club Wallen, the singer seems to be embracing the “superfan economy,” in which artists are catering more to their most dedicated supporters who are willing to spend big for exclusivity.
