Country musician Brad Paisley has confirmed that and his wife Kimberley are among those who have lost homes as a result of the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires.
Paisley confirmed the news in a post on social media yesterday, revealing how his Pacific Palisades home has since become one of the many casualties of the blaze.
“We lived in Pacific Palisades for years,” he wrote on socials. “It was the first house Kim and I bought together. Memories were made with some of our dearest friends - the first nursery we had to prep, the birthing classes with Kevin Nealon and Susan Yeagley. Walking to the local restaurants, the Gelson's, and the Starbucks.

As Paisley continued, he explained that the overwhelm he was feeling in the wake of the tragedy left him unsure as to which resource or donation outlet he should share to ensure those in need of aid receive it.
“I would post a link to donate or raise awareness or something but it all feels so much bigger than that. I don't know where to begin,” he wrote. “I'm sure those of you reading this will find some way to help if you can, but mostly right now I just want to mourn the loss of a town. And acknowledge the beauty and the memories of what it was.
“It is all so tragic and sad,” he concluded. “Love to you all.”
Paisley is one of many affected by the ongoing fires, joining the likes of Paris Hilton, comedian Billy Crystal, actor Eugene Levy, and musician Mandy Moore. Aussie musicians Vassy and G Flip have also shared their own experiences of being caught in Los Angeles amidst the chaos.
