2022 Toyota Star Maker Grand Finalist, Brittany Elise is set to drop her brand new single and music video this Friday, and we have your first look/listen ahead of its official release in this exclusive premiere!

Co-written with David Carter from Carter and Carter and produced alongside Adrian Hannan, its title, Feel The Fire, refers to the too-often ignored, passion and ambition that stirs within many of us.

Brittany says, “Go for that job, switch careers, work overseas, go back to school, ask for a pay rise! Be fierce and follow what’s burning inside.”

The accompanying video clip, shot by Golden Guitar winning Jay Seeney of Blacklist Productions, continues the theme. Filmed in the charming Macarthur/Wollondilly region, it features some breathtaking scenery and of course, pyrotechnics.

“The whole production of this video was extremely fun and electric,” adds Brittany. “It was super fun to include the CO2 cannon and firework machines.”

Feel The Fire follows her single Sunshine Hurricane, which peaked at #35 on the  Countrytown Hot 50 Country Airplay Chart, where it remained for an impressive four months. Before that her 2021 release, Find Your Music, peaked at #16, where it also remained for four months.

The powerhouse singer-songwriter was a finalist at the 2021 Gympie Music Muster and nominated in four categories at the 2022 Australian Independent Country Music Awards for ‘Female Artist’, ‘New Female Artist’, ‘Single of the Year’ and ‘Film Clip of the Year’. She was also shortlisted as a finalist for the Patti McKinnon ‘Up and Coming Artist’ Award.

Brittany is currently working on her second album. It’ll follow Something More (launched in Nashville and at sold out shows throughout Queensland, NSW, and Victoria), which debuted at #2 on the Australian iTunes Country Charts and #20 on the all genres chart. Its subsequent singles Another Day, Something More, Pit Stop and Dorothy May also charted.

She has performed both internationally and in Australia at various festivals, as well as supported Lee Kernaghan, Graeme Connors, Tania Kernaghan, Lyn Bowtell and Melody Moko.

Brittany is also a penchant for philanthropy. Working with her local women's shelter, she started ‘Raise Your Voice’ – a concert to empower female singer songwriters and supporters. This year’s sold-out show donated all of its proceeds towards the shelter.

This year will see her embark on the Sunshine Hurricane tour – a list of over a dozen dates, spanning from North Queensland to Tasmania, including an appearance at the beloved Gympie Music Muster and an opening spot with freshly minted, Golden Guitar recipients, Darlinghurst.
