Lindsay EllAlberta singer-songwriter Lindsay Ell is offering out Hollywood-style self-confidence in her new single wAnt Me Back. Released back in June along with her album 'heart theory', wAnt Me Back is Lindsay Ell stepping into the spotlight on her own terms.
Written with Kane Brown, Matt McGinn and Lindsay Rimes, the track uplifting and empowering channeling just a little bit of country sass that's sure to show the haters who's boss.
Lindsay revealed, while speaking to Country Music Television, that wAnt Me Back is a song that she hopes will inspire her fans to believe in themselves.
"I truly hope that when fans listen to this song and see this video, they feel inspired to step into their own confidence. I feel that sometimes in life we lose sight of our true power, and it’s so important to be reminded of our own self-worth throughout our lives. When we look in the mirror, we should be reminded at how important it is to love ourselves first so we can go out and love the world better as a result." Said Lindsay.
And for anyone wondering, the capital 'A' is part of a pattern of capitalized letters in each track that spells heart theory.
