Dose Of You by Cassidy-Rae – Video Premiere

Countrytown is proud to premiere the music video for the latest single by Cassidy-Rae.

Dose Of You is desire personified. The song shares the aching, yearning, hunger for more, in any facet of life. Every lyric filling the appetite yet leaves you longing for another dose. Inspired from her US tours pre-COVID-19, the wandering songstress on board Carnival Cruise Lines drew on intimate memories of life and love to create this infectious country-pop sound.

The track was written by Cassidy-Rae, produced by Sydney’s Love HZ Studios by renowned producer Michael Carpenter and debuted at #1 on the iTunes Country Charts on the day of release.

She says, "I wanted to create this song visually in a way that I've never done before. Working with the incredible Jackson Speed once again on this creative project, I'm beyond excited for y'all to see it! My biggest tip for viewers is: WATCH TILL THE END!"

Turning heads ever since she won the starring role in her first school play, Cassidy-Rae’s passion for music began in the family home where she was singing before she could talk and followed in her brother’s footsteps, learning piano at two-years-old. A stand-out student in her school choir and a proud member and leader within the prestigious Australian Girls Choir, some of her more exclusive, noteworthy performances include former President of the United States, Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres, Hugh Jackman at the launch of Les Misérables premiere and The Pope in Rome. 

Her previous single, Cheers Y’All debuted at #29 on the Countrytown Music Network Hot 50 Country Airplay Chart. Before that, she released the catchy tune, Ton of Bricks, a contemporary country-pop song that’s as powerful as it is fierce, and I’m On Vacation, which was added to full rotation on CMT, achieved 70,000 views on YouTube and debuted at #2 on both the iTunes Country Singles and AMRAP Metro charts. I’m On Vacation followed numerous highly streamed and charting singles including Throwback and More, which hit #6 and #3 on the iTunes Country Singles chart respectively.

With over 80,000 followers across social media, Cassidy-Rae continues to connect with fans worldwide over the pandemic, performing and sharing her life through two Facebook Live Streams - Sunday Sit Down and Live Music Sessions every week. The graduate of the Country Music Academy of Australia has appeared at major events such as Tamworth Country Music Festival, Blue Water Country Music Festival, Ballina Country Music Festival, Sydney Blues and Roots Festival and more.
