If you needed another reason to lock in a trip to Tropical North Queensland this October, here it is. Tyler Braden has officially been added to the 2026 Savannah In The Round line-up, and it’s safe to say the festival just levelled up.

Set to take over the Mareeba Rodeo Grounds from October 8 - 11, Savannah In The Round has been steadily building one of the most diverse and fun line ups on the Aussie festival calendar.

If you caught him at CMC Rocks Queensland last month, you’ll know exactly why this is a big deal. The Alabama born singer-songwriter pulled a massive crowd and delivered the kind of high energy, full throttle set that turns casual listeners into big fans. Now, he’s bringing that same energy back for a full festival slot in Mareeba.

Braden’s rise has been anything but quiet. Now based in Nashville, he’s carved out a lane that sits comfortably between country, rock and a bit of soul. His catalogue has already clocked over a billion global streams, with his 2024 single DEVIL YOU KNOW going Platinum and racking up more than 335 million streams alone.

And he’s been putting in the touring hours too, sharing stages with heavyweights like Luke Bryan, Dierks Bentley and Brooks & Dunn.

Festival director James Dein summed it up perfectly: “Tyler is at that point in his career where everything is building,” Dein said. “He has a strong sound, a growing international audience and the kind of big voice that stops a crowd in its tracks.”

“We saw that at CMC Rocks, where he had 25,000 people completely blown away with just how good he is. We can’t wait to have him at Savannah in the Round, and we know the Mareeba crowd are going to love him.”
