Taylor Moss is getting married!
Taking to Instagram yesterday, the Ain’t No Girly Girl singer revealed that she and her partner, David Ruberto, have gotten engaged. Ruberto plays drums for The Wolfe Brothers, as well as remote drumming sessions and recording drum samples for Dr Samples. It’s fair to say that the pair understand the life of a musician, and they’re in it together.
Moss shared the wonderful news by posting a series of photos, showing off a diamond ring she revealed Ruberto designed himself. She captioned the post, “Mrs Ruberto incoming 💍🫶🏻.”
The couple received congratulations from musicians in the Australian country music community, including Lee Kernaghan, Max Jackson, Andrew Swift, Tyla Rodrigues, Michael DeLorenzis, Missy Lancaster, Tori Darke, Bella Mackenzie, and more. Countrytown also sends congratulations to the happy couple!
In December, Moss and Ruberto celebrated their three-year anniversary, and just two weeks later, they bought a house and shared their plans to renovate.
Earlier this year, Moss headlined the inaugural Citybound Country Music Festival in Narre Warren, Victoria. She was joined on the line-up by artists including Tyla Rodrigues, Jay Santilli, and Jake Whittaker.

Taylor Moss released her debut album, Firecracker, last September. Currently independent and self-managed, Moss did some heavy lifting to get Firecracker out to the world.
Upon announcing the album’s release in August, she said: “I’m really excited and nervous about my debut album being released. It’s been a big 12 months making sure all of this comes to light.”
Firecracker is a story in three parts: detailing beginnings, heartbreak, and finding love again. “Every song is or has been a part of my journey,” Moss added.
