Taylor Moss Announces Debut Album And Tour

Australian country singer Taylor Moss announced today (August 1) that she will release her debut album, Firecracker, this September, followed by a tour of Australia’s east coast.

Firecracker is set to drop on September 27 and is described by Moss as “fiery”.

“Every song is or has been a part of my journey. Songs about how I was raised, the layers of heartbreak, to falling in love and dreaming about my future,” Moss said in a press release.

The album is available for pre-order now, and fans who buy a physical edition of Firecracker can win prizes. You can pre-order the album here.

In a post to Instagram, the Ain’t No Girly Girl singer wrote, “I’m really excited and nervous about my debut album being released. It’s been a big 12 months making sure all of this comes to light. I’m independent, I’m self managed and ready to enter my album era.”

Moss’ tour will hit New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria, kicking off in late August at the Gympie Music Muster and finishing up in February 2025 at Newcastle’s Howlin’ Fest. She’ll be supported by Jay Santilli, Ethan Calway, and Alys Ffion. Tickets for the tour drop tomorrow, August 2, at 9 am AEST. Find the full details below.

The singer has had a big year, playing the mainstage at CMC Rocks, touring the UK, and performing at Nashville’s iconic CMA Fest. Now with a debut album and tour on the way, Moss is set for her biggest year yet.
