Brisbane will be home to two massive Ridin’ Hearts Festival sideshows this October, with Nate Smith and Waylon Wyatt announcing intimate, must-attend concerts.

On Tuesday, 28 October, country star Nate Smith will headline a show at Brisbane’s The Tivoli. On Wednesday, 22 October, emerging country artist Waylon Wyatt will make his Australian debut at Brisbane’s The Triffid.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale on the same day – Wednesday, 2 July – but at different times. Fans can purchase pre-sale tickets for Smith’s show at 10 am local time, while the pre-sale opens at 12 pm local time for Wyatt’s show.

The general sale for both shows opens on Thursday, 3 July, at 11 am for Smith’s show, and 1 pm for Wyatt’s show. You can find more ticketing information on the Frontier Touring website.

Gritty country star Nate Smith will co-headline Ridin’ Hearts alongside Megan Moroney (who’s already announced a one-off sideshow in Brisbane) this October. Other acts appearing on the line-up include Avery Anna, Lane Pittman, Blake Whiten, Sara Berki, Karley Scott Collins, and Lewis Love.

Ridin’ Hearts 2025 once again returns to Melbourne and Sydney, taking place at Sydney Showground on Saturday, 25 October, and Melbourne’s Caribbean Gardens on Sunday, 26 October. You can find tickets to the festival on the Ridin’ Hearts website.

Nate Smith has made a quick return to Australia, last in the country for last year’s CMC Rocks QLD festival. He’s the first artist in Country Aircheck/Mediabase history to launch their career with three consecutive multi-week #1s, leading to support slots for the likes of Morgan Wallen, Thomas Rhett, Cole Swindell, and Jason Aldean.

Meanwhile, teenage sensation Waylon Wyatt has quickly found fame in country music with his “raw” sound. He told Countrytown in a recent interview, “I’m very stern about, like, I don’t want a lot of production in my music. That’s not what I’m looking for. I love the raw sound – the raw vocals, raw guitar, raw acoustic. Nothing overlaid on it.”
