Morgan Wallen Reigns Atop Hot 50 Chart For Ninth Consecutive Week

Morgan Wallen’s ‘Last Night’ has now spent 12 weeks on the top of the Countrytown Hot 50 chart.

It seems Morgan Wallen can’t be defeated as the king of the Countrytown Hot 50 chart, topping this week’s edition with Last Night for the ninth week in a row (and 12th overall). 

Sitting at #2 is Boots N All by Kaylee Bell, bumped up three spots from last week’s #5 position. Casey Barnes Summer Nights remains at #3, while Got It Good by James Johnston has slipped down to #4 (it was #2 last week) and Fast Car by Luke Combs slipped one spot down to #5.


All six of the next spots come as improvements: #6 is Miss That Girl by ERNEST, up 14 spots from its #20 charting last week, while at #7 and #8 Any Less Anymore by Travis Collins and Wait In The Truck by HARDY (featuring Lainey Wilson) were bumped by a respective seven and two spots. Plain Jane by Hailey Whitters came in at #9 this week (up from #13), Dancin’ In The Country by Tyler Hubbard came in at #10 (up from #18), and Fearless by Jackson Dean came in at #11 (up from #19).

Other songs gaining steam include all of the #14–17 spots (Millionaire by Fanny Lumsden at #14, Our Church by Adam Brand and Matt Cornell at #15, Song For That by Melanie Dyer at #16, and Son Of A Sinner by Jelly Roll at #17), and top 20 rounder-outers Lainey Wilson (#19 with Heart Like A Truck) and Bailey Zimmerman (#20 with Fix’n To Break).

This week’s new additions to the chart are WE GREW UP ON by James Johnston (#28), Fireflies In Tennessee by Hudson Rose (#32), Where'd You Learn How To Do That by Dean Brody (#33), Wings by Jackson Dean (#44), Makes You Pretty by Karli June (#45), and Nobody’s Nobody by the Brothers Osborne (#49).

A handful of songs also re-entered the chart: No Horse To Ride by Luke Grimes narrowly missed the top 20 at #21, while Shane Profitt came in at #36 with How It Oughta Be, Sammy White came in at #40 with Diamonds & Dolly, Hey Jumbulla (The Ghost Of Mickey Brennan) by Luke O’Shea came in at #41, and Y’all Life by Walker Hayes came in at #49.
