Is there anything Morgan Wallen can’t do?
The Whiskey Glasses singer has just announced that he will be launching his own curated festival Sand In My Boots, which will be taking place in mid 2025. Announcing the news to socials in the wee hours of the morning, Wallen admitted that the new festival would combine country music with the sweet tropicana of the beach.
“What's up, everybody? It’s Morgan Wallen. I just wanted to hop on here and share some exciting news with y’all. My team and I have been working on this for a while, and we’re gonna be heading south to the beaches, and I’m bringing some of my friends with me.
“Stay Tuned; we’ll get you some more info.”
Wallen added that the festival would take place at Gulf Shores in Alabama, on the South Coast. Taking place over the 16th-18th of May, the festival will tip over the country into the summer holidays.
Wallen, in partnership with AEG Presents and Hangout Festival, will organize the festival at the site of the annual Hangout Music Festival. The festival will offer an ideal blend of sun, sea, and live performances.

Stacy Vee, EVP of Goldenvoice and producer of Stagecoach called the collaboration with Wallen "a dream come true," while AEG's Reeves Price highlighted the significance of holding the festival on the 15th anniversary of the Hangout Festival.
“The opportunity to bring Morgan's world to life on the beach in Gulf Shores is something very special. The fact that it coincides with the 15th anniversary of the Hangout Festival only makes it more special. We can't wait to see everyone back on the beach in May.”
Full lineup and ticketing information will be announced soon. Fans can sign up for updates via the official website: www.sandinmybootsfest.com.
