Julien’s Auction House will soon offer memorabilia owned by the late Kenny Rogers, who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 81.  

During his seven decades in music, the legendary singer, songwriter, and actor earned three Grammy Awards, seven ACM Awards and six CMA Awards and was inducted into the Country music Hall Of Fame in 2013. He remains one of the best-selling musical artists of all time, selling more than 120 million records worldwide.

The three-day auction will take place on Friday, October 21st, Saturday, October 22nd and Sunday, October 23rd at Julien’s Auctions in Beverly Hills and online.

The collection features over 1,200 lots including awards, wardrobe, equipment and memorabilia from his iconic recordings, live performances and films, as well as furnishings, artwork, jewellery, household and personal items from his homes in Sandy Springs, Georgia, and Nashville.

Highlights include his collection of original celebrity portraits, a letter from Chris Stapleton indicating that he would like to participate in Kenny Rogers’ final performance, two typed letters from Dolly Parton as well as his original soloist leadsheets from the hit song We Are the World signed by artists like Paul Simon, Billy Joel, Michael Jackson, Bruce Springsteen and more.

We are honoured to work with the Kenny Rogers Estate in offering this exclusive collection featuring hundreds of his most cherished artifacts and personal mementos amassed throughout his ground-breaking six-decade career.”

A portion of the proceeds of the auction will benefit Music Health Alliance, whose mission is to Heal the Music by providing access to healthcare through services that protect, direct and connect music professionals with medical and financial situations.
