Kaylee Bell Hits 100 Million Spotify Streams & Announces New Single 'Red Dirt Romeo'

Country star Kaylee Bell is on a serious roll, and she’s just added another huge milestone to her list, she’s officially hit 100 million streams on Spotify, making her the first female Australasian Country artist to ever do it.
“What?! This plaque showed up today to say I have had over 100 MILLION GLOBAL @spotify streams… as an independent artist this is wild to me and something I could of never dreamt of when I started putting music out.” says Bell. “Having you listening to my music from all over the world is the coolest feeling and I hope one day we can come and play shows in every country around the world and meet all of you so I can say thank you!! It’s a massive achievement, but especially for an independent artist carving out her own path on the global stage. That’s just the beginning though, Bell has also just revealed her brand new single Red Dirt Romeo will land on May 30.
Announcing her new single this afternoon via social media, Bell has shared the cover art, a pre-save link and the hype is already building.
The good news doesn’t stop there. Bell is heading to the Aotearoa Music Awards on May 29 with four major nominations, including Album of the Year, Best Solo Artist, and Best Country Music Artist for her stellar record Nights Like This. She’s also in the running for Single of the Year with her empowering anthem Cowboy Up, which is currently making moves on the mainstream radio charts, breaking into the Top 50.
Her most recent track, Ring On It, is still gaining momentum with over 300,000 streams and counting proving once again that Bell’s blend of storytelling and hooky, genre-blending production continues to resonate far and wide.
With 100 million streams under her belt, a new single on the horizon, and an Aussie tour in the works (which you can read about here), Kaylee Bell’s 2025 is shaping up to be one for the books.
