Kasey Chambers is set to represent Australia on the international stage once again, having announced her inclusion on the 2025 edition of the Telluride Bluegrass Festival.
Chambers announced her spot on the US festival’s lineup over the weekend, joining an immense bill that already features the likes of Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, Alison Krauss & Union Station, Gillian Welch & David Rawlings, Lake Street Dive, and many more.
“What a thrill to be back on the lineup of one of THE MOST incredible music festivals in the world!!!” Chambers wrote on socials. ”Over 6 years since we last visited America so this little Aussie chick from the outback is f**king excited!!!!!”

Alongside her post, Chambers also added that there are set to be more US dates set to be announced in the near future, which will mark her return to the country for the first time since early 2019. Likewise, her appearance at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival will be her first time performing there since 2009, having made her debut at the festival in 2003.
Chambers last toured the US off the back of her 2018 album Campfire, which not only nabbed her the ARIA Award for Best Country Album, but also coincided with her induction into the ARIA Hall Of Fame – the youngest woman to receive the honour.
Since then, Chambers has been hard at work with a return to post-COVID touring in 2022, and the release of her latest album, Backbone in October of this year.
The record peaked at #3 on the Aussie charts, and was accompanied by the announce of a national album tour which kicks off in Janaury, and runs through until June – just in time for her visit to the US. Tickets to her upcoming tour are on sale now.
