Josh Setterfield is stepping confidently into a new era, and he’s doing it entirely on his own terms. The rising country rock artist has just debuted at #28 on the Countrytown Hot 50 chart with his latest single Unapologetic, while simultaneously announcing his Up Close & TOO Personal Acoustic Tour set to roll around the country in March 2026.

The chart debut follows a huge few months for Setterfield, who first caught attention with his country reimagining of Simple Plan’s Perfect. The track quickly gained traction online and across radio, even earning a nod from Simple Plan themselves. Now, with Unapologetic officially out everywhere, Setterfield is doubling down on originality, independence and sound.

“Unapologetic is about being yourself and taking your own path - not caring what other people are doing around you,” Setterfield says. “It’s all the things that are me.”

While fans may be familiar with his high-energy, full-band country rock shows the Up Close & TOO Personal Tour offers something different. These shows will take place in smaller venues, with limited tickets and will see Setterfield perform stripped-back acoustic sets where anything can happen.

Setterfield isn’t chasing trends, he’s carving his own lane. This tour is a chance for fans to hear the songs, the stories up close and unfiltered.
