The moment took place on Monday (24 August), when the Save Me hitmaker discussed the IndyCar Freedom 250 Grand Prix held in Washington over the weekend, hosted by Trump himself.
“The president seemed to enjoy the IndyCar race, which was a real switch-up for him because normally he only likes his own race,” Jelly Roll said. “Trump also drove around the track in his motorcade doing what they call the ‘lap of honour.’ Which sounds like a loyalty program at a strip club.”
He continued, “Sadly, those are the only laps Trump’s been doing lately. According to The Washington Post, a lot of doctors are worried about the President’s weight. After his last physical, we found out Trump gained 14 pounds, which means he’s now tipping the scales at almost 240. It’s crazy.”
Jelly Roll then took a moment to reflect on his own weight loss journey and delivered a message to the President, “from one fat pig to another.”
“Think about this, y’all. In the last few years, I’ve lost 300 pounds,” he said. “That means I’ve lost an entire Donald Trump. And let’s be honest, based on his approval rating, it seems like most of the country wants to do the same thing.”
The singer then advised the audience not to tease Trump about his weight, “because we know that he would never do that to other people.” On the screen behind him, clips of Trump describing people as “fat slobs” and “fat pigs” aired.
Jelly concluded, “Well Mr. President, from one fat pig to another, take it from me that physical fitness is very important. And trust me, you’ll be happy to see your penis again.”

Earlier this month, Jelly Roll discussed plans to step away from the stage “for a year or two.”
“This has truly been a lifetime experience for me,” Jelly Roll said while opening for Post Malone on his Big Ass Stadium Tour. “In a couple of nights, I go to Colorado Springs and do my last show for a year or two.”
He added, “I’m fixing to take some time off and heal. I love you all so much. Thank you for the opportunity.”
Specifics were not shared regarding Jelly Roll’s plans, but his touring hiatus announcement arrived weeks after news of his divorce from Bunnie Xo was made public.
The singer addressed the split during a live show in June, telling fans that Bunnie remains his “best friend” and that he still loves her, even though they’re getting a divorce.
