On Friday, 1 May, the Fred Moule Pavilion in Cairns will host the festival’s Honky Tonk Pre-Party, a family friendly evening packed with top tier Australian country artists.
Leading the charge of performers for the night is homegrown superstar James Johnston, he will be joined by Zac & George, Luke Geiger, and Y.O.G.A. promising what is to be a foot stomping night or high energy tracks.
And it’s not just about the music. With food trucks, market stalls, a mechanical bull and kids rides on site, the event offers a relaxed, festival style atmosphere for absolutely everyone. It’s a chance to soak up the Country Fest energy before the main event even kicks off.
Tickets are now on sale in a range of options to suit every fan. General admission for people aged 18+ comes in at just $95.65. Patrons under 18 can still join in on the fun with supervised tickets, but tickets must be purchased alongside an accompanying adult ticket. Kids aged between 0 - 4 can attend for free, provided a parent or guardian ticket is purchased.
