APRA AMCOS is proud to announce BIGSOUND Country SongHubs in conjunction with BIGSOUND, Australia’s leading new music and industry conference.
SongHubs is an APRA AMCOS initiative that partners emerging and established APRA AMCOS songwriters with renowned international songwriters and producers to create new works for local and international markets.
Applications are now open to APRA AMCOS members for the following positions:
2 x APRA AMCOS members based anywhere in the world (outside South-East Queensland) will receive:

BIGSOUND Country SongHubs will bring together some of our best and brightest country music songwriters, producers, and artists along with some of the biggest in the world.
The sessions will be curated by Milly Olykan, Vice President International Relations & Development at the Country Music Association. She will be joined by international special guest Shy Carter, APRA AMCOS special guest Melanie Dyer and a sought after 4000 Studios resident producer.
Writers, producers, and artists from across all genres are encouraged to apply for this opportunity. Submissions close 11:59pm AEST, Sunday 7 August 2022.

BIGSOUND 2022 sees the addition of BIGSOUND Country, a celebration of Australia and New Zealand’s finest country music artists. Australian artists The Buckleys, Darlinghurst, Andrew Swift, Hinterland, Loren Ryan, Melanie Dyer, Taylor Moss and The Wolfe Brothers are on the bill, while its international component welcomes New Zealand artists JessB, Soaked Oats, Troy Kingi, TE KAAHU, Church & AP, MELODOWNZ and Jenny Mitchell.
