The concert will be streamed exclusively on Apple Music.
Country singer, Luke Combs is the next artist to be featured in the Apple Music Live concert streaming line-up. He will return to his home state to perform at Coyote Joe’s in Charlotte, North Carolina on July 28, and will be streamed exclusively on Apple Music.
The concert will stream exclusively via Apple Music in over 165 countries on August 24, starting at 7 pm PST local time (that's August 25 at midday AEST), and the full performance will be available to stream on-demand on Apple Music following the initial broadcast.
Combs said via a statement, “Apple Music has been a big part of helping me get my music out to my fans, so I jumped at the idea of being able to play a special live show for them to enjoy. I also couldn’t think of a better place to do it than back home in North Carolina at Coyote Joe’s – a venue that I have lots of great memories at. I’m really looking forward to playing the full album live for the fans and everyone being able to watch it on August 24!”
Launched earlier this year, the series has featured artists from a wide array of genres including Harry Styles, Lil Durk and Mary J. Blige. Apple Music Sessions also launched exclusive live EP recordings from Carrie Underwood and Tenille Townes with more to come.
Combs released his latest album, Growin’ Up, on June 24. The twelve-track project features his hits Doin’ This and The Kind Of Love We Make (which currently sits at #4 on the Countrytown Hot 50 Country Airplay Chart) as well as a duet with Miranda Lambert.
The album dethroned Morgan Wallen’s Dangerous: The Double Album from the #1 position after 63 weeks atop the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart since its release on January 8, 2021.

Combs previously said of Growin’ Up in a press release, “I’ve been working on this album on and off for two and a half years now. It was sort of a crazy process through what COVID brought, and what that meant for our touring life last year. It made me have to put a pause on this album for a second, but I’m just really stoked that it’s finally coming out. Working with Chip Matthews and Jonathan Singleton as a producer has been really great and I think that the fans are going to love these songs. I’m just excited to get them out and see what they think.”
Growin’ Up follows Combs’s breakthrough 2017 debut album, This One’s For You, and his 2019 sophomore project, What You See Is What You Get. He also released the expanded deluxe album, What You See Ain’t Always What You Get in 2020.
Combs recently welcomed his first child with wife, Nicole. Tex Lawrence was born on June 19.
