Another woman has come forward alleging that Jimmie Allen sexually assaulted her in a hotel room and filmed the encounter without her consent, Variety reports. Jane Doe 2 is suing Allen for battery, assault, invasion of privacy and emotional distress.

On 12 May, the first allegations against Allen came to light. Jane Doe, a former member of Allen’s management team, accused Allen of groping and raping her, with multiple incidents alleged to have occurred over 18 months.

In her formal lawsuit obtained by Variety, she claimed that Allen raped her in March 2021, while they were both in Los Angeles to film an episode of American Idol (at which point Allen was appearing as a mentor on the show).

Another incident was alleged to have occurred in May 2021, when Allen was promoting his children’s book on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. It’s said that while Allen and Doe were on a flight together, he groped her breasts, pushed his erect penis on her, and attempted to push his fingers inside her.

Jane Doe 2 filed a lawsuit yesterday (9 June), with Variety and The Boot reporting details from the newly obtained lawsuit. The report includes statements from the lawsuit and Attorney Elizabeth Fegan, who represents both women.

Jane Doe 2 says she met Allen on a plane in May 2022 and after the flight, his bodyguard asked for her phone number. Doe 2 recalls the pair being in constant communication for two months, with the singer allegedly telling her he was separated from his wife and proclaiming his love for her.

Months later (no date was specified), the two met at a Las Vegas hotel, with Jane Doe 2 arriving under the impression that Allen had booked her a separate hotel room.

Jane Doe 2 said yes to going to Allen’s hotel room and consented to sex with ground rules as she wasn’t on birth control at the time, but was unaware that Allen was filming the entire time.

According to the lawsuit obtained by Variety, the alleged sexual assault was described as follows: “As their encounter progressed, Allen penetrated Plaintiff during sex with his penis and without a condom. Allen told Plaintiff he wanted to get her pregnant. Plaintiff said no ... He refused.”

Jane Doe 2 claims that she repeatedly asked him to stop but Allen continued. After he was asleep, Jane Doe 2 was leaving the room when she found a phone in the closet on record. She took the phone and gave it to her local police department, who in turn contacted Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.

The lawsuit also mentions that multiple people can confirm Jane Doe 2’s allegations, including a friend she immediately called afterwards and the hotel staff who booked her another room.

In response to Jane Doe’s allegations shared last month, Allen was dropped by his record label (BBR Music Group).

Allen himself denied the allegations in a formal statement, writing shortly after the lawsuit emerged: "It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever.”

Jimmie Allen’s attorney didn’t immediately respond to Variety’s request for comment about the new allegations.
