Australia’s largest independent touring company, Destroy All Lines, is expanding its reach with the launch of a brand-new country music division.

While Destroy All Lines is best known for booking tours of metal and alternative acts such as Bring Me The Horizon, The Offspring, Simple Plan, Parkway Drive, and many more, the company has stretched into promoting tours by a broader range of artists, locking in tours including James Blunt, Belle & Sebastian, They Might Be Giants, Soft Cell, D12, and more. Why not add country, led by an expert, to the list?

Destroy All Lines’ country music division will be led by former CMC and Foxtel executive Danny Keenan. Keenan joins the company at a vital time—Destroy All Lines was recently named the country’s fourth largest concert promoter by Pollstar and crowned Australia’s largest independent promoter, selling over 700,000 tickets last year.

In a statement, Keenan said of joining the Destroy All Lines team, “I am thrilled to be joining Australia’s #1 independent promoter Destroy All Lines. Their vision and growth is really exciting and I’m loving every minute.

“My ten years at CMC and involvement with CMC Rocks has given me a holistic view of the global country music environment, and I can’t wait to deliver some of that talent to Australia. Plus, we’ve got a few other things in store…”

Destroy All Lines’ Chris O’Brien added, We are absolutely thrilled that Danny has joined Destroy All Lines heading up our Country division. Danny’s background in Country Music is second to none, and his knowledge and experience will help deliver incredible artists to Australia.”

Born in 2003, Destroy All Lines has gone on to promote hundreds of tours and, in 2018, launched Good Things Festival, which is currently Australia’s largest travelling alternative and rock music festival.

Promoting another huge event, in 2023, the company oversaw the launch of the inaugural Knotfest Australia and announced the opening of its comedy division. Now, it’s growing some more with country music.
