Outback Sounds Set To Light Up Mount Isa With Star Studded Country Line Up
Blue Communications - Debut Album Launch
Friday, 27 March 2026
What?
With a largely sun-soaked, jangly Australian sound, the band also incorporate elements of experimental noise and playful punk to tell funny tales of the people and places in their everyday lives.
Strong believers in the Morning Music Movement, the band rehearses almost exclusively in the early morning, accompanied by coffee and pastries. Influenced by artists such as Young Marble Giants, The Clean, Nico and Marianne Faithful. The breadth of sounds from the trio in their live sets is reflected by these influences and captured in these first 2 singles.
Special Guests:
Secret Island / Nathan Roche + his R'nR Band plus DJ's Bridget Small + Nick Ure
