Austin Mackay has quickly become one of Australia’s most exciting new voices in the country scene, and after an incredible year of touring both at home and abroad, he’s returning to where it all began for a special homecoming show at The Stag & Hunter.

2025 has marked a huge chapter for Austin, from touring internationally with U.S. artist Max McNown, to completing his largest Australian headline run celebrating his single “The Wheel.” He’s also supported Jackson Dean (USA) across Australia and New Zealand, and performed at major festivals including Gympie Music Muster, Savannah in the Round, and Howlin’ Country.

Fresh off the road and ready to bring it all home, Austin and his band return to the stage for an intimate, high-energy night of live music, celebrating a defining year and the hometown that shaped it all.
