Jade GibsonJade Gibson is stepping into a bold new era with the official video for her latest single Smoke Me Out.
Created in collaboration with Jake Davey Studios, the video pulls directly from Gibson’s recent performances and rehearsals at CMC Rocks, giving fans an unfiltered look at a major career milestone.
The end result? It’s not just a polished music video, it’s a behind-the-scenes snapshot of an artist in the middle of a breakthrough moment.
“What I love the most about this music video is that it captures the career highlight of playing CMC Rocks with a song I wrote in late 2025 while holding onto the secret of playing at my dream festival,” says Gibson.
“I love to see Ben Horsley, my producer, get some of the spotlight in this video too as he has truly been right by my side in my exploration of my artistic sound over the last few years. Playing the Tailgate Stage at CMC felt like a rockstar moment, and having one of my dearest friends, Jake Davey, film it for my audience is what excites me most about releasing music, so I hope you love this! There are some real cool scenes from our band practice the day of the show and some fun moments with the boys on and off stage.”
The track itself marks a noticeable shift. Co-written with Josh Hannan, Smoke Me Out leans into heavier themes of betrayal and manipulation, wrapped in a gritty, emotionally charged delivery. It’s a side of Gibson that feels more raw and unfiltered than ever before.

Sonically, the single blends her signature smoky vocals with clear ’70s rock and Americana influences, thanks to production from Horsley and Hannan. The result is a track that feels both nostalgic and fresh, sitting comfortably outside the traditional country box and offering a taste of what’s to come. With her highly anticipated debut album slated for early 2027, Gibson is clearly building towards something bigger.
So for those who’ve been watching her steady rise from regional pub gigs to major festival stages like CMC Rocks, this moment feels earned. And if this release is anything to go by, she’s only just getting started.
