This year wasn’t only the twelve months in which country music was embraced by the mainstream in a way unlike any other era; it was also a period in which country singers shared pregnancy news and welcomed gorgeous babies.
As any country music fan knows, family is an integral theme in country music, not just in the songs but in the culture. Country singers write songs about their children, mothers, fathers, and chosen families. Country music is about love and sharing an element of pride with the world.
So, as we prepare to wrap up another spectacular year, here are just some of the babies welcomed by country stars in 2024.
In June, Kane Brown and his wife, fellow singer Katelyn, welcomed their third child, a baby boy. The pair named him Krewe Allen Brown. Krewe joins the list of ‘K’ names, as the couple already has two daughters, Kingsley and Kodi.

Gabby Barrett and her husband, fellow American Idol alum Cade Foehner, welcomed their third child in February. The baby girl, Ivy Josephine Foehner (nicknamed Ivy Jo), joins two older siblings: Baylah May and Augustine Boone.
Another June baby, Australian country singer Melody Moko welcomed her fourth child with her husband, musician/producer Michael Moko. The pair named their daughter Meadow Lenni.
Katrina Burgoyne, an Australian country singer living in Nashville, welcomed a baby girl in April. Burgoyne shared the news that her daughter, Poppy Rae, was born in a series of photos with her husband, Steve Kinney and their dog, Eli. Burgoyne announced her pregnancy in late October, writing that she was planning to unveil her “greatest release yet.”
In July, Jon Pardi shared the news that he’d become the father of a daughter by announcing that he’d become a “full-time girl dad.” He and his wife, Summer, welcomed Sienna Grace Pardi, who completed their family of four.
Parker McCollum and his wife, Hallie, became first-time parents in August. They announced the birth of their son, Major Yancey Tyler McCollum, on social media.
Earlier this month, Australian country star Andrew Swift revealed that he and his partner, Simone, are expecting a child in May 2025. “Simone and I are beyond excited to be expecting an addition to our little blended family at the end of May 2025,” Andrew Swift told Countrytown. “Even though this is my first time being a dad, I feel like Simone's two boys have taught me so much about myself, especially that I have a lot of love to give in a fatherly role.”
On Instagram, he added, “I truly couldn’t think of any better way to top off the year than to let you all know that Simone and I are beyond excited to be expecting a little Swift to arrive at the end of May 2025.”
