Here’s a wrap up of all the new releases in country world!
As well as our Artist of the Week, Felicity Kircher (who we currently have on repeat mind you), there’s been a tonne of new music released in the past two weeks. And sadly, there’s just not enough hours in the day to feature it all but there’s a handful of artists we’re still keen to share! From Lainey Wilson to Melody Moko, Dierks Bentley and Elle King, Morgan Wallen to Katrina Burgoyne and so many more, here’s a wrap up of all the new releases in country world!
-------------------------
Dierks Bentley and Elle King have teamed on the new track, Worth A Shot – and its 18th century Western style music video. Written by Ross Copperman and Shane McAnally, Bentley had cut the track individually first, but then gave it to King, who then suggested they turn it into a duet.
Singer-songwriter, Melody Moko has dropped the eighth and final single off her highly acclaimed second album, Two Kids And A Radio. Save Me Rock N’ Roll tells the story of a musician, who constantly feels they are falling short regardless of working themself to the bone.
The very definition of a total banger is Joe Hermes’ Whiskey Fixer Upper. Inspired by a personal mantra of the harder you work, the luckier you get, the track is an American blue-collar anthem, geared to lift the spirits of hard-working men and women everywhere.
Lainey Wilson has delivered with Heart Like A Truck. Written with self-awareness and clever metaphors, the semi-autobiographical and strong song was produced by Jay Joyce and written by Wilson, Trannie Anderson and Dallas Wilson. It's the first single off Wilson’s next album.

On the heels of Catie Offerman’s debut track Happyland Trailer Park, which has 2.3m streams to date, Don’t Do It In Texas was written with Nicolle Gaylon and Ryan Beaver during COVID in May 2020 via zoom, while Offerman was in Texas. As a proud Texan, being at home sparked the idea.
