Penned with Shane McAnally and Pete Good, Pearce said, “This song embodies a place that I think, if we are honest with ourselves, we’ve all felt at some point in a relationship. The distance that feels heartbreaking, yet you’re also indifferent. I’ve always been a writer who never wanted to shy away from the “uncomfortable” moments in all of our lives, and this song feels too important not to share.” It’s due for release on June 16.

Jayne Denham and Hurricane Fall

Five-time Golden Guitar nominee Jayne Denham and Newcastle-based five-piece band Hurricane Fall are teaming up for a forthcoming release called Are You Ready For This. According to a social media post, the song is described as “a huge, loud and wild party song.” Currently no release date has been announced.

Current Duets:

The Wolfe Brothers and The Shires

Love Like That is the current single from The Wolfe Brothers – the latest lifted from their sixth studio album, Livin’ The Dream, which debuted at #1 on the ARIA Country Album Chart. The song features the exceptional talents of UK duo The Shires

The Tasmanian brother duo shared on their social media, Often duets are... we sing a verse... they sing a verse... chorus together... we out! Haha, we wanted to approach this different have the entire thing sung together! We are super proud of it!” Released in May, the song already sits at #13 on the Countrytown Hot 50 Airplay Chart.

Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton

A rediscovered Kenny Rogers’ duet with Dolly Parton was released on June 2. Tell Me That You Love Me was recorded and released for a compilation album about 15 years ago, but that album is out of print and the mix "lost." This new mix finds Parton and Rogers together again, with him leading and her adding sweet high harmonies. It is off Rogers’ posthumous Life Is Like A Song album.

Miranda Lambert and Leon Bridges

Miranda Lambert and Leon Bridges have come together on a song titled If You Were Mine

“I have been a big fan of Leon for a while because he is very authentic as an artist, and I love his music,” Lambert said in a statement. “I wrote this song with Ashley Monroe and Jesse Frasure specifically with Leon in mind. Since we are both from Texas, we threw in a few Texas references, of course—the Frio River being one. When we finished this song, we sent it to Leon in hopes that he would want to collaborate, and we were so glad that he said yes. I have really enjoyed getting to know him and I’m happy to have him as a new friend.”
