Comprised of Karen 'Kaz' Bevitt on vocals, bassist Josh Bilboa, guitarists Dan Mountain and Kurt Larkham, Sky Valley Band is based in the country music capital of Australia – Tamworth. Their latest single, So Fine is our Song of the Day!
The country rock band took advantage of the spare time that 2020 presented them and focused on writing and recording. So Fine was written and recorded by all four members, after Kaz observed those around her and noticed that as is often the case, opposites do attract.
Kaz says, “So Fine was our first born lock down child of 2020! The song is about how two very different people, with different points of view and different interests, can unite and have an amazing relationship. Don't ever feel like you have to change for anyone! You are perfect the way you are!”
All members of Sky Valley Band have an extensive performance history, including main stage shows at the Gympie Music Muster, Vans Warped Tour and Tamworth Country Music Festival and support act for Eskimo Joe in 2019. Their high energy show comes from long running roots of classic rock, 90s, new country and classic country.
So Fine is the second single off their upcoming EP, following 2020’s debut Maybe The Moon.
