All I Want For Christmas Is You by Morgan Evans - Song Of The Day

Morgan Evans is channeling his childhood this Christmas opting for a bouncing acoustic guitar and warm keys on his version of Mariah Carey's classic, All I Want for Christmas Is You and its our Song Of The Day.

“I honestly can’t think of a song that consistently makes me feel as good as ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ makes me feel,” Evans said. “In my version, I wanted to make it feel like Christmas felt to me growing up in Australia – it was at the beach, it was catching up with friends, it was all the family coming back to the hometown and catching up around a bonfire. It was really laid back, and I think after this year we could all use a little more ‘laid back’ in our lives.” Said Morgan, talking about his love for the holiday classic.

It's been a stellar year for Morgan, despite the circumstances. He was named Country Radio Seminar's elite New Faces of Country Music, accumulated more 450 million streams globally and topped the charts with his single Kiss Somebody.
