Grammy Award-winning, multi-Platinum-selling group Zac Brown Band just celebrated a remarkable milestone, and their fans have received an epic gift for their support.

On Sunday (2 August), Zac Brown Band achieved a record-breaking 15th consecutive sold-out performance at Fenway Park, the iconic Boston stadium. The group already held two of the venue’s records: most consecutive sold-out shows and most tickets sold.

But on Sunday, the country music stars marked the occasion by surprising every fan – all 37,000 in attendance – with a cruise vacation aboard Margaritaville at Sea.

Said vacation is valued at more than $40 million and marks the largest audience gifting in live entertainment history. The cruises can be redeemed at select Margaritaville at Sea cruises over the next year.

Throughout his current Love & Fear tour across the US – presented by Margaritaville at Sea – the Zac Brown Band is offering four cruises per show to fans. The cruise takes place on the brand-new Beachcomber, travelling in January 2027, a first-of-its-kind artist-curated live music at sea experience that’s been co-designed by Zac Brown.

The announcement was made live on stage, before the band performed the fittingly titled Same Boat. Addressing the audience, Brown said, “Tonight we’re going to do something that even Jimmy [Buffett] would say is crazy.

“I’m buying every single person here a cruise for two people on the boat. This is the biggest giveaway in history, ladies and gentlemen, right here tonight at Fenway Park!”

Christopher Ivy, Chief Executive Officer of Margaritaville at Sea, added in a statement, “We were honored [sic] to work alongside Zac to help bring this incredible surprise to life for his fans. This was an extraordinary way to thank the fans who have supported him throughout his career, and we're proud to have helped make that incredible vision a once-in-a-lifetime reality.”

Zac Brown Band’s latest album, Love & Fear, was released late last year. The album arrived in the same week the group launched their groundbreaking Sphere residency in Las Vegas, making them the first country act to perform in the immersive venue.

In a recent interview with Countrytown, Brown said of the band’s creative mindset, “I feel better now than I ever have. Physically, creatively, all of it. I’m always writing; we’re always trying to top what we’ve done.”
