Australian country artist Wade Forster has achieved a remarkable milestone with his debut North American headline tour, The Dying Breed Tour. The tour, which commences on September 4 at The Valley Music Festival in Sun Valley, Idaho, has seen sold-out performances in cities including Denver, Tulsa, Houston, San Antonio and Fort Worth. Notably, the Austin and Fort Worth shows sold out so quickly that additional dates and venue upgrades were added to accommodate the overwhelming demand.

Forster's journey from the remote outback of Queensland to the stages of the US is a testament to his dedication and passion for country music. His debut album The Beginning recorded independently at Hillbilly Hut Studio, has garnered over 50 million global streams, a rare feat for an unsigned artist. This success has been fueled by his genuine connection to his audience, sharing tales of rodeo life, heartbreak, and resilience.

The tour's success follows a co-headline run with The Lowdown Drifters earlier in 2025, which included sold-out shows at iconic venues like Cain’s Ballroom in Oklahoma and Gruene Hall in Texas. These performances helped to further solidify Forster's presence in the US country music scene and strengthen his own fanbase abroad.

Looking ahead, Forster is set to perform at renowned festivals across Australia such as Country Fest, Gympie Music Muster, Deni Ute Muster, and Savannah In The Round.

It has no doubt been a whirlwind journey for Forster, but it underscores the power of authenticity and dedication in building a lasting connection with audiences. As he continues to share his music and stories, Wade Forster is poised to become a mainstay in the country music landscape both in Australia and beyond.
