Exciting news for both fans and one of Australia’s favourites country artists, The Wolfe Brothers, who have just been named the 2025 Gympie Music Muster Ambassadors!
Tom and Nick made their Gympie Music Muster debut ten years ago in 2014. They were quick to win across the crowds in the Amamoor Creek State Forest with their full-throttle country rock performance and in 2025 they return to the Hill Stage once more for their sixth Muster appearance.
Further building on their already strong connection with the festival’s community Tom added “When we were asked if we would be ambassadors, we jumped at it because we know the vibe, the great stages, the great atmosphere and it all makes a lot of sense to us.”

“As ambassadors, we can add to that. Nick and I will camp on site and, being ambassadors, we get to spend more time with the punters, go out to the camps, be at a few more events, get to see gigs and we are really looking forward to that.”
Tom said he and Nick were talking about going out to a campsite to play while they were at Muster because “that’s the most fun you have at the festival”.
“We really want to represent this festival and country music in a positive light,” he said.
“Country is cool… it’s always been cool, but it’s cool again and it’s such a diverse genre with a lot of different genres within it. Looking at the line-up, there is a lot of different variety of musical genres: you can go to the Boss Hire Blues Tent, and then go to the Bundy Crowbar and see a party country show and the Hill Stage and there’s something completely different again.”
Recently appointed as the new Gympie Music Muster Program Director, Bec Anderson said choosing The Wolfe Brothers to be the 2025 Muster Ambassadors was an extremely easy decision for the team to make.
“It’s been just over 10 years since they first stepped foot on the Muster stages, and it just gets better every time they do,” she said.
“Our audiences love them as much as we do, and we think without a doubt, the guys really embody the spirit and energy of our festival.
“They are big on family values and the importance of mateship, and we know this resonates with our Muster Mates, so we are absolutely thrilled to have them as our ambassadors in 2025.”
The Gympie Music Muster will run from August 28-31, 2025 in the Amamoor Creek State Forest.
