Written with Brett Cobb and Rob Snyder, Six Feet Apart was a direct response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was first performed acoustically by Combs on Facebook and almost immediately became one of the site’s top trending videos, racking up 2.5 million views. The song peaked at #77 on the ARIA charts, and number 10 on the US Hot Country Songs chart. The song has a theme of missing major activities due to the pandemic, such as the arrival of the spring season and touring as a musician.

Beer Never Broke My Heart first appeared on his 2019 EP The Prequel, before later added and becoming the first single off of his second album, What You See Is What You Get. The track peaked at number one on Billboard’s Country Airplay (#44 on the ARIA charts). The track was also nominated for 'Single of the Year' at the 2020 CMA Awards and was later certified Platinum. Written with Randy Montana and Jonathan Singleton, the slightly satirical lyrics joke that beer is the only safe bet in the game of love.
She Got The Best of Me was added due to fan demand, as the fifth bonus track on the This One’s For You Too debut album re-issue. The certified Platinum single reached number one on the Billboard Country Airplay, becoming his fourth consecutive number one single. In 2019, She Got The Best of Me was nominated for both 'Video of the Year' at the CMT Music Awards and 'Top Country Song' at the Billboard Music Awards.
Written with Thomas Archer and Taylor Phillips, Hurricane was his debut single, and has since been streamed close to 400 million times on Spotify and been 3x Platinum certified. Hurricane reached number one on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, and peaked at numbers 3 and 21 on both the Hot Country Songs and Hot 100 charts respectively. The song was nominated for 'Country Song of the Year' at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, and the music video also earned Combs’ a 'Breakthrough Video of the Year' nomination at the 2017 CMT Music Awards.
Written with Wyatt Durrette and Robert Williford, Beautiful Crazy was a bonus track on his re-issued album, This One’s For You Too. The personal love song gained viral attention via Facebook, becoming a fan favourite at his concerts, and debuted at number 6 on the charts all prior to its official release as a single. It later hit number one, and is his second most streamed song on Spotify, behind Hurricane. It was further took home the win for 'Song of the Year' at the 2019 CMA Awards.
