Saralyn Announces Debut EP 'Goldline'

Saralyn's long-awaited, deeply personal debut EP, 'Goldline,' arrives next month.

After releasing a string of impressive singles, being crowned the Open Winner at the 2024 Mothertone Gympie Music Muster Talent Search, and featuring on The Voice Australia, Saralyn has announced her debut EP is on the way.

The rising singer-songwriter is gearing up to unveil her most personal music to date, with the EP Goldline dropping on Friday, 28 August. Ahead of its release, Saralyn has shared the emotive title track inspired by profound loss.

“Goldline is the most personal song I’ve ever written,” Saralyn shared. “As I was creating my debut EP, I found myself reflecting on the moments that have shaped me. The loss, the love, the heartbreak, the healing, and the hope that carried me through it all. The song begins with the loss of my sister and grows into a reflection on every challenge I’ve faced since.”

The song was produced by Rhys Zacher and features Adam Osmanovic (The Viper Creek Band) on guitar, with Saralyn’s powerful vocals at the forefront.

Of the single, she added, “Goldline was one of those rare songs that felt special from the moment it was written, and recording it was nothing short of magical. Rhys created a space where the song could breathe and become everything I hoped it would be.

“Adam Osmanovic’s guitar work brought such beauty and emotion to the track, weaving through the lyrics like its own story. Listening back to the final recording, I felt every chapter of the journey that inspired it - and still do. It’s a song I’m incredibly proud of and one that feels deeply connected to who I am as an artist.”

Saralyn’s forthcoming EP is a collection of tracks that explore loss, love, resilience, freedom, and purpose. It arrives after her appearances on last year’s season of The Voice Australia, which led to boosted momentum: Saralyn has amassed over 350,000 global streams and scored a #1 AMRAP Country, Blues & Roots charting single.

To celebrate her debut EP, Saralyn is embarking on the Goldline Tour next month. She’ll perform across New South Wales, with shows at the Paterson Court House Hotel on Saturday, 8 August, Albion Park’s The Oaks on Saturday, 22 August, and the Shoal Bay Country Club on Friday, 28 August.
