NQ’s Rock’N Country announces The Wolfe Brothers, Jasmine Rae, Cass Hopetoun, and ARIA winner Fanny Lumsden, and others at Mackay’s first country music festival.

The Wolfe Brothers, Jasmine Rae, Cass Hopetoun, and ARIA award winner Fanny Lumsden are just some of the artists announced for NQ's Rock'N Country, Mackay’s first country music festival being held in August, later this year.

Alongside headliners Lee Kernaghan, Graeme Connors and Troy Cassar-Daley, the full line-up includes Sara Storer, Shane Nicholson, Adam Harvey, James Blundell, The Sunny Cowgirls, Jayne Denham. Deep Creek Road, Christie Lamb, Brad Butcher, Melanie Dyer, Jody Direen and Raechel Whitchurch. Luke Geiger, Route 33, Tommy Contor, Damien Agius, Keely Johnson. Alyssa Brache, Lloyd Saunders, and Zoe McLellan complete the line up.

NQ’s Rock’N Country music festival will be held over three days, from August 20 to 22.

Event organiser, Geoff Baguley from Yeehaa Event says the interest he received from artists was overwhelming with so many enquiries about performing at the event. “It just goes to show how much talent we hold, not just in Australia but in North Queensland. We have extended the festival to be a three-day event as this allowed us to be able to have more performers for the duration of the weekend.”
